A little bit of rain at the outset of the get together did not dampen the spirits of those that attended.

The rain let up long enough in order to give Randy Russell enough time to install a set of clear side markers on Viola Vamp's gorgeous Boxster S. The whole process took all of two minutes or so - and that includes the time needed to answer questions and allow everyone to take pictures.

The trip to S-Car-Go revealed a Boxster S with a few surprises. The first was the GT3 front end which looked terrific (and costs about $3000 or so installed). The front brakes were huge at 14".

The other changes consist of an S-Car-Go Flow intake, larger throttle body, and new headers. The results, compared to what others have claimed, are quite promising. Scans of the dyno results detailing the improvements are below.

While at S-Car-Go I saw a set of Fikse FM10's on a 911. These are going to run about $2,600.00 for a full set.
