After I long string of Porsches starting with a few used 356's, a new 914 2-liter, 2 914-6's and a whole gagle of 911's (all new but one), I purchase my first Boxster in late '96 (delivered as one of the first cars in early '97). Even though it had a few "teething" problems, I was in love with the new Boxster. In 2000 I bought a triple black "S", and was quite surprised with the improvements that had been made to the car. Just a week or so ago I took delivery of my 3rd Boxster--this time a guards red "S". What a fantastic little car we all own, folks! I'd take any one of my Porsches--especially the Boxsters--over the Dino Ferrari 246 that I bought new in 1974. Websites like this one that are dedicated to this great little car are indeed a treat. Everyone should appreciate it and the person responsible for it.
