This one's almost too easy. All that is needed is to loop a small tie
wrap around the clutch switch and switch lever assembly. After cinching
it down the switch lever is permanently depressed (thereby eliminating
the annoying clicking sound). If it ever becomes necessary to restore
the switch to normal operation just cut the tie wrap. Couldn't be
simpler. Depending on how long it takes you to find a tie wrap the
entire process should take 2 minutes or less.
NOTE: It is now possible to start the car without the clutch being
depressed. If you do this hack make sure the car is not in gear when the
car is started unless the clutch is depressed.
